Jen has twenty-five (25) years of experience as an Administrative Professional in both corporate and academic settings. While A911 was originally developed as a Virtual Assistant company, it quickly evolved into much more – a personalized administrative and organizational consulting firm.

During Jen’s administrative career, she recognized that many entrepreneurs and small business owners were unable to justify having a full or part-time administrative person to assist them in the day-to-day operations of their business. Hence, after this discovery, Jen opened Admin. 911’s doors in March, 2007, offering her administrative and organizational expertise to business owners throughout Jacksonville and its surrounding areas.

My mission throughout my administrative career is to make other people’s lives easier. I am committed to each of my clients and their business models by helping them manage both day-to-day and special business tasks. I am honored to be able to provide my years of administrative organizational expertise to all types of business owners.
